Grandmama, Squirrels, and Lunch

Clay woke up and wanted to take the boys squirrel hunting.
They headed out to Grandmama's house and a little while later, I got...

this picture texted to me. They both shot their first squirrel.
They stopped by to talk to Grandmama. She asked the boys about German Oven Cake, so Clay invited her over for lunch.

The boys convinced Grandmama to play crazy eights while Clay and I made lunch.

Grandmama got to eat her first German Oven Cake for lunch today.
She liked it!

Georgia Basketball

We met several of our friends for a Georgia basketball game on Tuesday.
We first met at Pepino's Pizzeria for, what else, PIZZA!

We took over one whole corner of the place. Gabe and Mo played a lot.

Amber and Ashley read books in one booth.

Christmas Day and More

We told the boys not to wake us up before 8:00 AM.
They didn't BUT went and checked it all out at around 6:30am.

They both asked Santa for tickets to Disney World. Gabe also wanted a football signed by A.J. Green. Pierce wanted a snow tiger. They must have been really good this year because they got what they wanted.

Pierce checking out his stocking.

The boys gave Clay the biggest present under the Christmas tree.
It was something they both wanted for their daddy (and themselves).
It was a new backboard for the basketball goal.

Gabe got Pierce this game that is similar to Simon Says.

It started snowing later Christmas Day. It snowed all night too.
The boys woke up to white everywhere.

They played for a long time outside.
Sledding, snowball fights, and four-wheeling with their daddy.

That's a lot of snow!

After playing in the snow, they came in to play with their presents from Grandmama.
Pierce had to dig for dinosaur bones.

Gabe had to make crystals.
Gabe quickly got his finished and then had to wait for the crystals to grow.

Pierce had to dig and dig and dig. And then dig some more. He is still not finished.
This may be a long process but he is enjoying it!

Family

Sonya and I decided we wanted to have pictures taken outside.
I had gone to a wedding at this location and thought it was beautiful.
We went on one of the first weekends in November.
My friend Natasha took all of the pictures. She did an excellent job.

Everyone by the mill.

Silly Family Pictures

We had lots of pictures taken along with some silly ones too.
Here are a bunch of the kids and of course, they do act silly.

Pierce, Jack, Gabe, and Sarah

Clay and Pierce

Act RIGHT!

That's better!

Those are some cute kids.

Gabe and Sarah

Looking cool.

He missed the football.

We laughed so hard trying to take this one and the one below.

Out of ALL the pictures, this one is probably my favorite. It is perfect of Pierce!

Pierce and I went ahead and met the photographer early. We were looking for good spots to take the pictures. The photographer just took random pictures, like the one above, and this one. I loved the candid shots.

My Family and Me

Here is my family. It was hard to pick just one picture. I finally picked four and found a frame that held them. Enjoy!

Georgia Games

Clay did not have to go to Australia in the fall this year soooo
we kept our season tickets. It has been a really long time since we have been to a lot of games. Gabe an Pierce haven't been since they were very young. So young they don't remember.
We were all excited!

First, we went to picture day. It was pouring down. But it didn't dampen our spirits.
We got a picture with the cheerleaders. I had to force them to take this picture.

We stood in line to meet the players. The boys had posters for the players to sign.
They got the Boling twins and other offensive line players to sign their posters.

We had to get our picture with A.J. Harmon. He was HUGE!

We tailgated with Dave and Madison for the Louisiana-Lafayette game.

We went and watched the DAWG Walk. We were close the the piccolos so we heard all the fight songs like we were in a Disney film. It was pretty cool sounding.

Watching the game.

The REDCOATS are coming!

Tailgating before the game at South Carolina.

Yulia and Pierce hanging out.

Yulia and Tremaine.

Gabe and I went to all but 2 games (Colorado and Kentucky).
Clay and Pierce went to all but 3 games. (the same as us but Clay also missed the Auburn game and Pierce Georgia Tech)

I have more pictures but they are on another computer, so this is it!
