We had Gabe's birthday at the rec dept on Friday. We had it on Friday because it was the beginning of spring Break and we were worried people would be leaving for vacation on Saturday. We had a lot show up and they had a blast!
We broke them up into 2 groups to play dodgeball. Here Clay is telling everyone the rules. Then it is game on! They played for about an hour, everyone was sweating but had tons of fun.
Then it was to the party room for pizza, cake, and presents!
After cake and all, it was back out to the court for more ball, first basketball, then kickball for another 30 to 40 mintues.

I'm glad you guys had a good time! I'm surprised at how many kids were able to come. Sorry we couldn't be there. Tell Gabe "happy birthday" from us!
